Who we are
This website belongs to SC Sala cu Muzica S.R.L., trading as Unanim Acoustics & Design. Registered office: Intrarea Monahului 10, Bucharest, Romania, 020758. CUI RO37781954, Reg. Com. J40/9543/2017. We decide how your data is used, which makes us the data controller.

What we collect
When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the type of space, city or country, your message, and any floor plans or photos you attach. We also record that you accepted this policy and when.
When you email or call us directly: what you choose to send us.
When you visit the site: like any web server, ours records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We use them only to keep the site running and secure.
We don't use analytics, advertising tools or tracking. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, prepare an offer. This is the legal basis of taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)).
Server logs are kept for security and to run the site, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We don't send newsletters or marketing, and we never sell your data.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email provider, Namecheap, Inc., stores the website and our mailboxes. Our hosting is located in the European Union.
People we work with on your project, such as acoustic specialists or installers, when it becomes a project. They receive only what they need, and they are bound to keep it confidential.
Authorities, only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted after 2 years.
If your enquiry becomes a project, the correspondence is kept with the project files for as long as Romanian law requires for contracts and accounting.
Server logs are kept only for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or send it to you in a usable format. You can also object to how we use it. Write to office@unanimacoustics.com and we'll reply within one month.
If you think we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
Links to other sites
The Instagram link opens another company's website. Its own privacy policy applies there.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
